Terms & Conditions (New Clients)

Welcome. Before we share space together, please review and agree to the following terms. This ensures a safe, respectful, and mutually grounded session for both of us.

✅ Eligibility

• You must be 21+ years old to book.
• A valid photo ID is required before your first session.
• All new clients must complete:
  1. A Consent + Policy Agreement (via DocuSign)
  2. A 10-minute Zoom call to confirm intentions, boundaries, and safety

🤝 Session Agreements

• Sessions are strictly platonic. This means:
  • No sexual behavior, or suggestive comments
  • No expectation of dating or post-session connection
• Both parties are fully clothed at all times.
• All touch is consent-based.
  • Either party can pause, adjust, or end the session at any time

🕒 Timing & Punctuality

• Please be on time for all calls and in-person sessions
• Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes without notice will result in cancellation without refund
• Sessions last 60 or 120 minutes depending on your booking

💳 Payment Policy

• Full payment is required upfront through Gumroad to reserve your session
• No refunds once payment is submitted
• Tips are optional and never expected

📍 Session Location

• Sessions are held in vetted private spaces or verified client homes (for outcalls)
• For outcalls:
  • You must provide a secure, quiet, and private environment
  • Additional travel fees apply beyond 10 miles of Glendale, CA
  • Location must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance

🔁 Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Sessions can be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours' notice
• Less than 24 hours’ notice = no refund or credit
• No-shows = future booking restriction

🔒 Conduct & Safety

• Disrespecting boundaries (verbal, physical, or energetic) will result in immediate termination and permanent ban from future sessions
• Inappropriate comments or behavior will not be tolerated
• I reserve the right to decline or end any session at any time
