Terms & Conditions (Returning Clients)

Thank you for continuing this journey. To keep all sessions safe, consensual, and grounded in trust, please review the following terms before your next booking.

✅ Eligibility

• These terms apply only to returning clients who have already completed a pre-session Zoom call and signed all consent forms.
• By booking, you confirm that your previously submitted intake and consent forms remain accurate and up-to-date.

🤝 Session Agreements

• All sessions are strictly platonic. This includes:
  • No sexual touch or behavior
  • Clear, mutual respect for body autonomy and personal space
• Clothing is required at all times.
  • Comfortable, clean loungewear recommended
• Touch is always consensual. Either party may pause or end the session at any time.

🕒 Punctuality & Timing

• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time without a refund.
• If you’re more than 15 minutes late without communication, your session will be canceled and marked as a no-show.

💳 Payment

• Full payment is required in advance via Gumroad.
• No refunds are provided once the session is booked.
• Tips are never expected, but always appreciated if you feel moved to do so.

📍 Location

• In-person sessions take place in vetted locations or verified client spaces discussed and agreed upon in advance.
• House calls are available to verified returning clients only. Additional travel fees apply for locations more than 10 miles from Glendale, CA.

🔁 Rescheduling & Cancellations

• You may reschedule your session once with at least 24 hours' notice.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are not refundable or transferable.
• No-shows are not eligible for rescheduling.

🔒 Confidentiality & Respect

• Everything shared during our time together is held in strict confidence.
• Any boundary pushing, inappropriate comments, or attempts to sexualize the experience will result in immediate termination of the session and permanent removal from future bookings.
